Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, however after your application is approved you can make a non refundable payment, called a holding fee, to hold your place. -

Who needs a cosigner?
Anyone who is not financially independent needs two cosigners. If for some reason this is not possible an application decision will be made on a case by case basis. -

What is a holding fee?
A holding fee is a nonrefundable payment that will transfer into your security deposit balance if your lease is signed. This fee indicates to the Landlord that a tenant is serious about renting the property. Once the holding fee is paid the landlord reserves the right to return the amount paid and not move forward with leasing. The decision to lease the property to a tenant will be made within 14 days of the holding fee being accepted by the landlord. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, Your security deposit is never counted towards your rent payment.Is the holding fee refundable?
If the prospective tenant decides they no longer want to sign the lease after they have paid the holding fee, the holding fee will not be refunded. If the landlord decides to not move forward with leasing the property to a tenant, the landlord will refund the holding fee payment within 14 days of receiving it.
